Help run the rooms where AI actually gets built
Every AI Insiders event is small, curated, and hosted in San Francisco. Volunteers are the reason those rooms feel effortless. You work alongside our team and vertical leads, meet the operators, founders, and investors in the room, and see how a high-trust event is built from the inside. We coordinate shifts in WhatsApp and Telegram groups, so share whichever handle you check most often.
What you would do
Check-in and guest list
Welcome guests, verify the list, hand out name badges.
Room hosting
Make introductions, keep conversations moving, look after speakers.
Photo, video, and content
Capture the room, short clips, and quotes we can publish after.
Setup and logistics
Signage, seating, catering flow, and reset at the end of the night.

What we ask
Arrive on time, stay for your full shift, keep what you hear in the room confidential, and treat every guest the same way. Most shifts are 3 to 6 hours on a weekday evening.
