For speakers, podcast guests, moderators, performers, and recorded contributors

Effective date: August 11, 2026

1. Participation

Contributor agrees to participate in the event, interview, recording, podcast, panel, talk, or other program identified in the applicable booking, invitation, or production notes ("Program").

2. Recording Permission

Contributor grants AI Insiders and Marvelous United, Inc. permission to photograph, record, reproduce, edit, caption, transcribe, translate, excerpt, synchronize, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise use Contributor's name, voice, image, likeness, biography, professional title, and recorded participation in connection with the Program and AI Insiders editorial, educational, archival, promotional, and social-media activities, in all media now known or later developed, worldwide, for the duration of applicable intellectual-property rights.

3. Contributor Materials

Contributor retains ownership of slides, papers, demos, graphics, music, or other pre-existing materials supplied by Contributor ("Contributor Materials"). Contributor grants AI Insiders a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, and include Contributor Materials as reasonably necessary to produce, promote, archive, and distribute the Program. Contributor may identify materials that cannot be recorded or redistributed, subject to advance written agreement.

4. Editorial Integrity

AI Insiders may make reasonable edits for length, format, clarity, accessibility, branding, or technical quality, but will not knowingly materially distort Contributor's meaning. AI Insiders is not obligated to publish or distribute the Program.

5. Contributor Promises

• Contributor has authority to enter this release and to grant the rights stated here.

• Contributor will not knowingly provide unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or confidential third-party material without authorization.

• Contributor is responsible for obtaining rights to third-party content intentionally included in Contributor Materials unless AI Insiders agrees in writing to clear specific rights.

• Contributor will disclose material commercial, financial, employment, or personal relationships when discussing or endorsing products, services, or organizations where disclosure is legally or ethically appropriate.

6. Compensation and Expenses

Unless a written booking or statement of work states otherwise, participation is voluntary and unpaid, and each party bears its own expenses. Any honorarium, travel reimbursement, licensing fee, or other compensation must be confirmed in writing.

7. No Endorsement

Participation does not mean AI Insiders endorses Contributor or Contributor's employer, company, fund, product, or views, and Contributor may not imply such endorsement without written permission.

8. Release

To the extent permitted by law, Contributor releases AI Insiders and Marvelous United, Inc. from claims arising from authorized use of the recordings and rights granted by this Release, including claims based on publicity or privacy rights, except claims arising from uses that materially exceed the granted rights or from conduct that cannot legally be released.

10. Synthetic Media and AI Use

Unless separately and expressly authorized in writing, this Release does not authorize Marvelous United, Inc. to create a voice clone, face clone, digital replica, or synthetic performance that would reasonably appear to be a new statement or endorsement by Contributor. Ordinary editing, transcription, captioning, translation, clipping, formatting, search, internal indexing, and accessibility processing of an authorized recording are permitted so long as they are not used deceptively.

11. Contributor Materials and Background IP

Contributor retains ownership of pre-existing slides, articles, software, trademarks, and other materials identified or reasonably understood as Contributor background materials. Contributor grants Marvelous a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, edit for format, and include those materials only as reasonably necessary to use the authorized event or interview recording and related promotion. Contributor represents that Contributor has the rights needed for materials Contributor supplies.
